Project Inquiry

Tell us about the build

Before You Call

What HappensNext

Every inquiry is read by someone who works on the projects, not by an answering service. If the project is a fit we will call you, usually within one business day, and the first conversation is a real one about scope, budget range and timing rather than a sales pitch.

If it is not a fit, we will say so quickly and tell you what kind of contractor to look for instead. Wasting a month of your schedule to arrive at the same answer helps nobody.

01

We will ask about budget early

Not to anchor you, but because a kitchen at $60,000 and a kitchen at $200,000 are different projects with different answers. Knowing the range up front means the design conversation is realistic from the start.

02

We will walk the site before quoting

On anything beyond a straightforward replacement, a number produced without seeing the property is a guess. Site conditions, panel capacity and existing plumbing change scope more than finishes do.

03

You will get the range in writing

Along with what moves it. Every competitor says it depends; we tell you what it depends on, so you can adjust the scope deliberately rather than discovering it in a change order.
